They don’t always — most load in seconds. But when a subject has a large body of knowledge across many sources, the model has to gather every relevant source, read each one in detail, synthesise the information, determine what matters to your specific query, and then verify it. That’s a significant amount of work.

Put another way: the combined published knowledge of the civilised world, distilled into a verified briefing tailored to your exact question, in under a minute. We think that’s a reasonable trade-off.

We give every registered user up to 10 free searches per month — no credit card required, no trial period, and no “free for 7 days” bait-and-switch. If we say it’s free forever, we mean it.

In return, we ask for a name and an email. That helps us understand who’s using the platform, improve the service, and give you access to your full search history. We don’t think that’s a big ask.
